The Business Broker (BB) is the bridge between JWT's GREEN opportunities (J1–J8, S1–S3) and the investors and customers who fund and deploy them.
What a BB does
A BB (Broker / Bookmaker) identifies qualified investors and customers and connects them with the right JWT green opportunity. The BB matches an opportunity (J1–J8) or system (S1–S3) to a region / Dream.ZONE and helps carry a proposal through to JWT/PCRR review.

Commercial Exclusivity
A recognised BB can hold commercial exclusivity for introducing opportunities within a defined region.
Dream.ZONE
The BB builds and nurtures a trusted investor network inside a defined regional Dream.ZONE.
Preemptive Rights
Where applicable, the BB holds priority (preemptive) rights to develop opportunities in their zone first.
Relationship with IT&C
The BB works alongside IT&C within the JWT structure to connect opportunities, investors and the review process.

BB introduction → opportunity → proposal → JWT review → agreement → success fee.
BB Introduction
A Business Broker (BB) introduces a qualified investor or customer to a JWT green opportunity.
Opportunity
The BB matches the investor to a specific opportunity (J1–J8) or system (S1–S3) and a region / Dream.ZONE.
Proposal
A proposal is prepared and submitted to JWT — either by the BB or jointly with the investor.
JWT Review
JWT / PCRR review the proposal, confirm the opportunity and run due diligence.
Agreement
On approval, terms are aligned and a License, Sale, II-SRB or JV-30/21 agreement is signed.
Success Fee
The BB earns a success-based fee on the completed transaction they helped bring together.
Rewarded when the deal completes
