Purpose of the Proposal
A formal proposal expresses your intent to license, acquire or co-develop green industrial property rights with JWT, and gives our team the information needed to assess fit.
Who Can Submit
Business brokers, private equity firms, financial institutions and strategic/corporate investors — as a registered visitor or an engaged broker/investor.
Required Information
Company & contact details, region / Dream.ZONE, chosen investment model, project of interest, indicative budget range, business experience and proposal details.
Steps Before Approval
Register or sign in, complete the proposal form, accept the terms, and submit. Your proposal then enters the JWT/PCRR review queue.
JWT Review Process
JWT and the PCRR assess strategic fit, the chosen model and the region before advancing a proposal to due diligence.
Due Diligence
A structured review of the partner, the opportunity and the proposed structure to confirm alignment and readiness.
Agreement Process
On successful due diligence, terms are aligned and a formal agreement (License, Sale, II-SRB or JV-30/21) is prepared and signed.
Final Execution
The agreement is executed and the project is activated — moving from proposal to real green-industrial deployment.
