The broker/agent route. An NFW represents commercial exclusivity for the selected Dream.ZONE and opportunity.

NFT — NotFungibleToken (Client)

The client route. An NFT is taken directly by the identified Client/Bearer and can be structured in four forms — L / S / I / J.

Investment options (NFT: _L / _S / _I / _J)

L — Licence

License to use the project and rights for a specific agreed territory (borne by the name of the emitter or its assignees), with pre-emption on future intervention in relevant areas. Recognised for 1/10 of the population and modulated on the millions of project value; understood as an advance on royalties equal to 8% on generated turnover, settled every six months. 1% Buy and balance within 6 months; after close, can upgrade to next chances. S — Sale

EXCLUSIVE license to use the project with overall transfer of the rights for the agreed territory (paid for by the name of the issuer or its assignees). Transfer of all royalties recognised at 3× the nominal value. 1% Buy and balance within 6 months. (JWT_Details)

I — II-SRB

Income Investment in Sale & Rent Back mode. The operation is granted in exchange for 1% of the nominal value. 1% Buy and balance within 6 months. (JWT_Details)

J — JV-30/21

Join Venture with full capital contribution (nominal value) for a 30% share, with the right to access at least a further 21% share and assume control after 5 years (sale of shares per usual market regimes). Granted for 1% of the nominal value. 1% Buy and balance within 6 months. (JWT_Details)

Broker / Bookmaker. Bearer-title / NFW-BB intermediary between the Issuer and the Bearer for the selected opportunity. (JWT reference)

Bearer (optional). Possible end Bearer of the title (may deliver from crypto wallets upon request). Optional counterparty until a Client/NFT is identified. (JWT_Details)

Bearer Title / Buy. Bearer Title: delivery of the title to the Issuer (subject to prior notice to pcrrjwt@pec.it), with appropriate documents to support ownership transitions and registrations on public blockchain (including the first from the Issuer, this file and relative SHA256). Upon accepting the 1% Buy payment, the Issuer undertakes to produce the relevant contracts and necessary details within 3 months of receipt of the necessary data (Name/Firm, Country, VAT, IBAN, address), defining rights, licenses and projects, with tolerances not exceeding ±5% of the values in question.
