Help & FAQ

Answers to common questions about the JWT green investment portal.

What is a Dream.ZONE?

A Dream.ZONE is a country or region selected for green industrial development. Each carries an economic factor that scales the indicative value of the systems deployed there.

What do NFW and NFT mean?

NFW is the Notional Financial Worth (an indicative valuation). NFT is the Notional Financial Tender, the placeholder broker-priority figure derived from the NFW. Both are illustrative.

What are the four investment models?

License (_L), Sale (_S), Investment / II-SRB (_I) and Joint Venture / JV-30/21 (_J). Each produces a different naming suffix and fee structure.

How is the naming code generated?

Codes are city-based: ISO country code + system code + city, e.g. NG-J2-Lagos. A model suffix is appended for the chosen model, e.g. NG-J2-Lagos_L.

How does the proposal process work?

Select a Dream.ZONE and model in the generator, add the result to the cart, choose a counterparty route, then review a populated Final Proposal document.

Are the figures real?

No. All values, names and outcomes shown in this portal are illustrative placeholders for demonstration and are confirmed only with qualified counterparties.
